The next day after I received another call asking me if I wanted to book a table, I told them I already had one booked, they couldn’t find my reservation anywhere and no more tables were available, and was told to come anyway and they would find a solution. Having doubts I called back just to make sure everything was confirmed, again my reservation wasn’t found. Very disappointed with the quality of service of this so-called « 5 star hotel ».
